At Nara Fine Jewellery, every order is handled with care and attention to detail. Each piece is crafted with quality in making with precision, ensuring you receive jewellery as exquisite as you imagined. All our shipments are fully insured.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within  24 to 48 working hours.

  • For bespoke or made-to-order jewellery, production begins once the design is finalised and confirmed. These pieces are crafted especially for you and therefore follow a longer production timeline.


Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

  • Ready Stock Jewellery: Ships within 1–3 business days

  • Bespoke Jewellery: Delivered within 4–6 weeks from the time the design is finalised and goes into production

  • Shipping Charges: Free shipping on all prepaid orders within Singapore. Please contact us via email or whatsapp for urgent orders requiring same day delivery.


International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide via FedEx.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days for ready stock, depending on the destination country.

  • All shipping fees include full insurance to protect your purchase.


Customs Fees & Import Duties

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These fees will be collected upon delivery, and Nara is not responsible for customs-related delays or charges.

  • If an order is refused due to customs duties, any incurred return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Your jewellery is securely packaged to reach you in perfect condition. If your package appears tampered with, damaged, or opened, please do not accept it. Contact our team immediately with your Order ID, and we will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost.
