Warranty Coverage
All Nara Fine Jewellery pieces are covered under a limited manufacturing warranty that protects against defects in workmanship.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, mishandling, improper use, or normal wear and tear.

Any repairs, resizing, or alterations carried out by unauthorised third parties will void the warranty.
If you believe your jewellery has a manufacturing defect, please contact our team with your Order ID along with clear photos or videos of the issue. Our team will assess the request and guide you through the resolution process.
Refunds & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of fine jewellery, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once an order has been delivered. However, we offer a flexible returns policy - whether you need to exchange for a different size or design, or simply change your mind, we’re here to make the process as easy and hassle-free as possible. We offer an exchange policy within 7 days of purchase of eligible items. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Do note that custom orders are not eligible for exchange.
We strongly encourage customers to connect with our team before placing an order for assistance with product details, sizing guidance, or additional images and videos.
Wrong Item Delivered – Replacement Only
In the unlikely event that you receive an item different from what you ordered, or if a product is damaged during transit or found to have a verified manufacturing defect, we will offer a repair or replacement at no additional cost.
Conditions for Exchange or Replacement

The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery (for Replacement) or 7 days (for Exchange).

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, along with original packaging.

All tags and identifying labels must be intact.

All documentation (certificates, etc.) must be included.

A valid receipt to be provided as proof of purchase.

Once verified, we will arrange for the incorrect item to be collected and the correct item to be dispatched.
